The broad heavy triangular-shaped blade bronze dirk with crescentic pommel with three midribs, the cylindrical grip with three pairs of encircling ribs, with rectangular guard, the triangular blade with shallow midrib

Dimensions: Length:43 cm – Width: 5 cm

Short swords or daggers such as this would have been used by the Persians in their battles to gain control of the Middle-East.

Condition: Good condition, untouched as found

The dagger is nicely mounted on a plexi-glass display stand of high quality

This fantastic weapon has survived Intact and Untouched. It is aerodynamic, and enjoys a gorgeous green crystalized patina and age related encrustation
