Extremely rare reddish pottery wine jar with a strainer
Chalcholithic Age, Dated from, 4000 - 3000 BC
The Most interesting feature of this pottery vessel is the strainer in the base of its base.
Vessels with strainer have been found in tombs of the Chalcholithic Age, including specimens similar to this one, as well as churns. The location of the strainer is the only opening of the vessel indicates that it was intended for straining liquids such as wine poured into the jar
